Registration Fees

Deadline for Symposium registration is April 28th, 2008. Beyond this date, registration will be subject to availability. Presenting Authors are required to complete the registration process on or
before March 1st, 2008. An individual cannot present orally more than
one ordinary paper during the Symposium.

| Rates are in Euros. The Symposium Registration fee includes: |

Symposium attendance, Proceedings (Book+CD-ROM), Symposium Bag, Welcome Reception, Concert, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, and Gala Dinner. |

Proceedings will be published by Taylor & Francis as a set comprising an hardbound Book of full papers and a CD-ROM. |
Coffee breaks will be served in the gardens of Villa Monastero ( Symposium Venue). Welcome Reception and Lunches will be hosted in the adjacent complex of buildings and gardens of Hotel Villa Cipressi. Gala Dinner will be held at Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace. A ferry boat transfer from Varenna to Tremezzo will be provided for registered Delegates and Accompanying Persons who will participate in the Gala Dinner. |
Registered participants are entitled to purchase extra-ticket(s) for Gala Dinner. The cost of a single ticket is € 120. Extra-tickets are subject to availability, and they can be purchased not before April 28, 2008. |

Cancellation requests must be sent in written directly to the Symposium Secretariat. Refund of the registration fees with a retain of 10% of processing fee will be provided for cancellations made up on or before May 28th, 2008. Beyond this date, no refunds will be provided.
